■ FROME made light work of seeing off relegation battlers Melksham to stay in the title hunt.
They led their derby rivals 3-0 at half-time. Sam Meakes headed in George Dowling’s corner after 16 minutes and Albert Hopkins doubled the advantage with a strike from the edge of the penalty area.
Visiting goalkeeper Adam Forster pulled off two fine saves but was beaten again when Sam Teale laid the ball off for George Dowling to strike from inside the ‘D’.
