■ MALVERN TOWN came from behind to topple Portishead Town, halting the league leaders’ eight-match unbeaten run.
The visitors were ahead inside ten minutes, Jack Thorne applying a cool finishing touch after running onto Jay Murray’s pass.
Malvern were level by the break, Sam Clark’s near-post header restoring parity after 35 minutes.
Posset goalkeeper Ryan Thacker endured a moment to forget when the hosts took the lead midway through the second half, fumbling Joe Tumelty’s curling corner into his own goal.
