WOOD’S BRUNT BOOST

HIGH-FLYING Boreham Wood have smashed their club transfer record to sign popular midfielder Zak Brunt on a permanent deal.
Brunt, a National League title winner with Barnet last season, has scored nine goals and assists for Luke Garrard’s men since returning to the club on loan in August.
Now the 23-year-old has moved to Meadow Park on a permanent deal through to the end of the 2026-27 season, with an option for an additional 12-month extension.
