PLAYED in pouring rain throughout, this match provided surprisingly good entertainment for the few watching as two sides with very little form expended maximum energy.
After a scrappy start, Met keeper Beach mishandled a slippery ball after 15 minutes, which led to a scramble before the ball went in off defender Alfie Walters to put the visitors ahead.
Play remained lively, and after 35 minutes Tane Casaba was bundled to the ground for a penalty firmly dispatched by Odumuso to put Met level.
