A brace from Georgie Kelly helped Carlisle United keep up the pace with league leaders Rochdale as they edged out a gutsy Tamworth side at Brunton Park.

Kelly tapped home the opener from close-range on 25 minutes, only for the Lambs to level just before the break with Jordan Ponticelli heading home against the run of play.
Tamworth missed the chance of taking the lead when Ben Milnes saw his penalty saved by Gabe Breeze.
