■ FELIXSTOWE & Walton’s 16-game unbeaten league run came to a crushing end as they conceded as many goals as in their previous 17 league fixtures combined.
The Seasiders had taken the lead when a defensive error allowed Sam Ford to tap into an empty net. But Abbey hit back in devastating fashion, levelling through an own-goal header before AaronEyoma and Amrit Bansal-McNulty both struck from distance. Kai Brown then converted a rebound and Ellis Brown’s looping header put the visitors 5–1 up at the break.
