■ LOWESTOFT held on for a dramatic victory over Cambridge.
It was slightly against the run of play when the home side took the lead in the 17th minute. Rio Abodunde’s corner picked out the head of the towering Harvey Peters who nodded in.
Lowestoft then took control but waited until the 41st minute to double their lead, Aaron Bullent striking through a crowded six-yard box from a corner.
