Bards recover to earn a third successive win

STRATFORD TOWN came from behind to beat Bromsgrove Sporting and record their third win on the bounce in the Southern League Premier Central. A Charlie Pavey screamer gave Sporting an early lead but goals from Dan Lafferty and Owen James resulted in the Bards taking all three points back to Warwickshire.
The deadlock was broken after just four minutes, as Aston Villa-loanee Pavey curled in a cracking strike from 25 yards into the top corner.
