GOSPORT BOROUGH picked up another home success as they narrowly beat Evesham United one-nil at the AEI Stadium.
Boro nearly made a breakthrough after eight minutes but a shot was blocked well by Liam Hutt before Ethan Taylor headed over the crossbar.
Evesham then had a scare in the 11th minute when a player went down with a knock but was able to continue after a stoppage before Trevor Caborn was just off target for the home side.
