■ LUCIAS VINE scored a hat-trick as Ascot United eased to a victory over ten-man Hayes and Yeading.
The fast-starting Yellas took the lead in the 11th minute when Khalid Simmo rifled into the top-left, before Vine raced onto George Franklin’s stunning through-ball and slotted under ‘keeper Aaron Watkins in the 15th minute.
Jack McKnight’s free-kick found its way through a crowd of players to cut the deficit, but Vine’s deft finish made it 3-1 soon after the break.
