■ THAME and Northwood served up an early festive feast with a nine-goal thriller.
Fin Murray opened the scoring midway after 23 minutes and Jack Tutton doubled the lead 11 minutes later.
The Woods got one back through Jon-Jo Bates two minutes before half-time, but it was 3–1 five minutes after the break when Greg Hackett scored.
Back came Northwood, with Bryan Mankumbani scoring from a set piece.
Ethan Lack beat Andrew McCorkhill with a shot, shortly before Hackett grabbed his second of the day.
