You can watch ALL National League games, live or on demand HERE
The festive National League schedule gets into full swing this weekend, with every fixture between now and 3 January available live on DAZN.
There is a full programme of action across December 19-21, including key clashes at both ends of the table as promotion hopefuls look to gain momentum and relegation battlers fight for vital points.
Leaders Rochdale kick things off on Friday night with a short trip to Altrincham, and exactly 24 hours later, second-placed Forest Green Rovers travel to West Country rivals Yeovil Town in another huge derby clash.
The action continues on Sunday when two more clubs with big promotion aspirations – Boreham Wood and Carlisle United – face off in Hertfordshire in another huge clash.
York City host bottom club Truro City, Southend United travel to Tamworth and Scunthorpe United face a trip to Woking as the promotion races heat up heading into the crucial festive period.
Here’s everything you need to know about the standout games you can watch live this weekend.
Altrincham vs Rochdale
Kick-off at 7:45pm GMT on Friday, 19 December 2025
This tasty Friday-night offering sees table-topping Rochdale head to nearby Altrincham where victory would see them move three points clear at the National League summit ahead of the fixtures on Saturday and Sunday.
Jimmy McNulty’s men are in fine form and have racked up three straight league wins since losing 4-1 at York City on November 11.
It is incredibly tight at the top of the division, though, with Rochdale only top on goal difference and level on 46 points with Forest Green Rovers and Carlisle United.
Altrincham, meanwhile, are down in 15th, but they have won four of their last six league games and will be out to spring an upset against their high-flying neighbours.

Woking vs Scunthorpe United
Kick-off at 12:30pm GMT on Saturday, 20 December 2025
Woking are in fine form, having claimed a stunning 3-1 win at high-flying Carlisle United last week to maintain their impressive charge towards the play-off places.
The victory at Brunton Park saw the Cardinals make it 10 games unbeaten, setting them up perfectly for the visit of the Iron.
Andy Butler’s side lie sixth in the National League but have struggled for consistency in recent weeks, with their 3-1 home victory over Tamworth ending a three-match winless streak.
Both sides won in the FA Trophy third round last weekend, with Neal Ardley’s Woking side beating AFC Totton 2-0 and Scunthorpe hammering Peterborough Sports 5-0.

Tamworth vs Southend United
Kick-off at 17:30pm GMT on Saturday, 20 December 2025
High-flying Southend travel to Tamworth in the National League on Saturday teatime as they look to reassert their promotion credentials.
The Shrimpers suffered heartache last term as they lost 3-2 to Oldham Athletic in the National League play-off final at Wembley.
Now, though, Kevin Maher’s men lie in the play-off places ahead of their trip to face the Lambs this weekend.
Southend lost 2-1 at Forest Green Rovers in their previous league outing and now face a Tamworth side who have lost ground in the play-off race after three successive defeats at the hands of Rochdale, Carlisle and Scunthorpe.
It promises to be an intriguing encounter between two sides with genuine promotion aspirations.

York City vs Truro City
Kick-off at 17:30pm GMT on Saturday, 20 December 2025
York are the form team in the National League right now and they will be huge favourites to take the spoils when they play host to bottom side Truro City on Saturday.
Stuart Maynard’s Minstermen have taken maximum points in their last six league games and scored a whopping 24 goals in the process.
It is a run of form which has lifted them to fourth in the table – just one point behind leaders Rochdale in an increasingly congested promotion race.
Truro, meanwhile, head to North Yorkshire this weekend on the back of a recent run of seven straight defeats in all competitions, including a 4-0 hammering at Southend United in the FA Trophy last weekend.
John Askey made seven changes to the side that lost 3-1 at Hartlepool in the National League as he focuses on trying to turn around poor form, which has left the Tinners bottom of the table.

Yeovil Town vs Forest Green Rovers
Kick-off at 19:45pm GMT on Saturday, 20 December 2025
Robbie Savage’s Forest Green side face an intriguing West Country derby at Yeovil and will be out to lay down another marker of their promotion pedigree.
Rovers have lost just twice in 22 National League games this season and their consistency has seen them joint-top of the table along with Rochdale and Carlisle.
But Savage’s men have dropped points in two of their last three games and will be keen to return to winning ways against the Glovers.
Yeovil, for their part, have found victories hard to come by since the start of October, but they have won their past two National League games, at home to Boston United and away to Hartlepool United.
Can they make it three in a row against Savage’s ambitious outfit? A fascinating contest awaits.

Boreham Wood vs Carlisle United
Kick-off at 16:00pm GMT on Sunday, 21 December 2025
Carlisle United have been heavily tipped to win promotion after following their significant summer spending spree with an impressive first half to the season.
The Cumbrians, under the guidance of legendary former Manchester United and Wales striker Mark Hughes, will be keen to bounce back from last week’s 3-1 home loss to Woking when they travel to Boreham Wood.
The Wood are enjoying a fine campaign themselves and lie just two points below Carlisle in the table.
This Sunday afternoon scrap promises to be a fascinating encounter as the hosts, and their visitors, both look to lay down a marker of their promotion credentials.
