BOWERS HIT BACK TO STUN CONCORD

BOWERS & Pitsea came back from 2-0 down to Concord to spread some late Christmas cheer among its supporters.
Concord took a quick 2-0lead, Sherquan Toussaint fired home a penalty after 20 minutes, then Frederick Buers’ cross-come-shot made it 2-0 after 25 minutes.
However, the hosts’ comeback started straight away as they were awarded a penalty two minutes later. That was converted by Luca Albon.
Ross Wall pulled the hosts level after 50 minutes when he calmly volleyed home.
