■ TWO goals in the second half saw play-off chasing Winchester City keep pace with those around them.
Having pushed for the majority of the game, the visitors eventually took the lead after 48 minutes as a corner fell for Callum Baughan, who tapped home from close range.
Lewis Ross went close for an equaliser for Bashley just seven minutes later, when his free-kick flew wide of Tommy Scott’s goal. Brad Waters made the result safe for Winchester in injury time as he tapped home after a corner was split by Lloyd Thomas in the Bashley goal.
