REECE Gibson scored the only goal of the match as Sutton Coldfield edged past Lichfield City.
Sutton had the first decent chance when James Mc-Grady forced a diving save by Brendan Bunn in the Litch-field goal.
Sutton were playing some nice one-touch football open-ing up the Lichfield defence, with Gibson hitting the post in their best effort.
Lichfield forced two suc-cessive corners early in the second half, but it was Sutton who opened the scoring with a great break down the left, with Gibson left with a tap-in in the 51st minute
