NORTH Ferriby begin the New Year with a point on the road as they saw out a goalless draw away to Grimsby Borough at the Bradley Football Development Centre.
A battling performance in North-East Lincolnshire saw a strong defensive display from Ferriby to culminate a strong festive period for the Villagers.
Both Josh Whiteley and Mason Johnson came closest early doors for the visitors, whose keeper Ben Bottomley then produced a few saves to keep Borough at bay.
