RAYNES Park Vale were left hanging on as Metropolitan Police launched a fierce comeback at Grand Drive.
Things had seemed different early on as Chadd Yassin Cherrif ’s shot was blocked and Ibra Sekajja gave Vale a fourth-minute lead.
In the 28th minute, Sekajja fired past Liam Beach for his second of the afternoon.
Six minutes before the break, Kareem Akinibi latched onto a cross and his shot bounced into the net off the underside of the crossbar.
