A LATE goal from substitute Lewis Middleton helped Evesham United narrowly edge out Weymouth in an otherwise fairly quiet affair.
The hosts had the better of the early exchanges and Ethan Dunbar thought he had found an opener in the seventh minute but saw his goal ruled out by the offside flag.
The Robins continued to threaten and Levi Steele had the chance to break the deadlock soon after when Dunbar picked him out with a chipped cross but his header flew just wide of the target.
