AWAY-day specialists Rochdale racked up a 10th league win on the road to condemn bottom markers Gateshead to a 13th consecutive defeat – 11 of them in the league.
Rob Elliot’s homecoming as Gateshead manager may have ended in defeat but it was an improved display from the Tynesiders, who included all seven of their January signings.
