LUCAS LIFTS BLUES WITH HIS WINER AT THE DEATH

LEEK Town left it late to end a run of five games without a win as Lucas Weir struck in the 95th minute to earn a much-needed victory over Cleethorpes Town.
The visitors edged the opening 30 minutes and, with their height advantage, looked dangerous from set-pieces.
However, it took a mix-up in the Leek defence to give them the lead on 27 minutes. Hesitancy between goalkeeper Dino Visser and defender Cullen Meadowcroft allowed Josh Walker to nip in and poke the ball past Visser and roll it into an empty net.
