RED-HOT Chatham Town climbed up to second in the table after this rout of Carshalton Athletic.
On the back of toppling National League high-flyers Carlisle United in the FA Trophy, the Chats wasted no time in continuing their fine form as they took the lead inside nine minutes – Adam Leathers slamming home his third goal of the campaign with an effort off the underside of the crossbar, giving Matt Kerbey no chance.
