■ MATLOCK returned to second in the table as they won at Brighouse.
The visitors took an early lead after just two minutes when Ben Sault put in a lovely ball across goal, which was turned in by Brighouse’s George Grumley.
Brighouse were then reduced to ten men on the half-hour mark as captain Harvey Booth was sent off for a reckless challenge.
Despite being a man down, the hosts pulled level through a Samuel Pashley.
