HITCHIN moved to the top of the Southern League Central Division on goal difference with a comfortable victory over Marlow.
The first goal came after 34 minutes after Lewis Franklin’s diving header gave keeper James Sharnott no chance.
After the goal Charlie Briggs came close with a header and Franklin again troubled Sharlott but it was still 1-0 at half-time.
However, just four minutes into the second half, Taylot Rhiney produced a fantastic finish, to double Hitchin’s advantage.
