Martin’s spot-on to win it for Hornets

THE bottom versus top clash between Workington and Hebburn Town went with the form book in a tight affair which was settled from the penalty spot.
In the 17th minute, a Hebburn corner resulted in the referee awarding them a penalty after apparently spotting some holding in the box.
He would have a field day in the Premier League!
The Hornets’ Gary Martin made no mistake, blasting the ball home for what proved to be the only goal of the game.
