■ BELPER returned to winning ways with an excellent victory over in-form Wellingborough.
The hosts opened the scoring in the 13th minute catching Belper out on the break with Connor Tomlinson guiding home a cross from the left.
The Nailers recovered from their early set back and when Jack O’Conner caught Jacob Gratton just inside the penalty area, the referee awarded a spot kick that Jacob Gratton duly converted. A share of the spoils looked the most likely outcome.
