■ JUDE Jakes-McKay’s solitary second-half goal was enough for Bedfont Sports to settle a close encounter with Ascot United.
The visitors were on top for most of the first half and two fine saves from Tyler Tobin kept his side in the game, when he got down
well to tip Jaheim Kamara’s and Babs Dehgani’s efforts away.
However, visiting goal keeper Mark Scott produced an even better save to deny Jamie Fuller’s 40th-minute effort, which looked destined for the top right-hand corner.
