It’s around three minutes from kick-off and fans have taken up their positions at a wet and blustery ARMCO Arena to see if Rochdale can continue their title charge with victory over in-form Solihull Moors.
As the retractable players’ tunnel is wheeled into place ready for the players’ entrance, out emerges the athletic figure of Rochdale manager Jimmy McNulty, sporting his trademark baseball cap.
