ERITH Town ended Eastbourne Town’s six-game unbeaten run to stay out of the bottom four with a fine win at The Saffrons.
An even first half produced little in terms of chances – with both teams threatening but failing to get the breakthrough.
However, the deadlock was broken just before the hour mark when Andrew Dythe’s cross-cum-shot looped over Chris Winterton and found the far corner.
