■ ATHERTON came out the right side of a five-goal thriller at Nantwich.
Harry Showman hit the post after half an hour as the visitors looked to build on their win from last weekend.
In the second half, Joel Connolly equalised directly from a corner to the shock of the home crowd.
But the visitors quickly retook the lead as Alex Doyle hooked in from a corner that The Colls took the lead wasn’t cleared before going when Rodney Ajayi fired in from the edge of the box. two goals ahead when remarkably Sam Sheridan also scored direct from a corner.
