The Nuts & Bolts were out of sight by the interval after a blistering first-half showing.
Joe-Lee Lewis opened the floodgates after 12 minutes before Gary Lockyer doubled the lead from the penalty spot.
Mike West added a third in the 36th minute as the hosts cut through Grinstead at will.
