WITHAM were the Valentine’s Day victors at Sawston in a close encounter.
Freddie Hockey gave Cambridge an early lead from a corner in the 11th minute, but within six minutes the visitors scored twice. Firstly good work by Archie McFadden enabled Luke Ige to put in a good run and cross. Ziad Bakaar was lurking at the far post and equalised.
