■ BIGGLESWADE Town kept up the pressure on their third-placed neighbours FC with a fine display on the road in a Bedfordshire clash with Stotfold.
With one side of town ruing a 3-2 defeat to Welwyn Garden City, there was certainly a more celebratory vibe at the Eagles’ JSJ Stadium as the Waders moved to within three points of their Biggleswade rivals.
