NEWMARKET Town earned an important victory over Branham Athletic in the Isthmian League North Division, extending their momentum in front of a 188 crowd at the Tristel Global Stadium.
Prince Mutswunguma opened the scoring after 34 minutes with a composed finish, before Emmanuel Osei-Owsu doubled the lead midway through the second half.
Branham responded when Lucas Jay Wells struck in the 66th minute, briefly reigniting the contest.
