■ BRANTHAM Athletic earned a hard-fought point with Heybridge Swifts at Brantham Leisure Centre.
The hosts dug deep throughout, showing commitment and organisation to ensure the points were shared despite the pressure of their situation.
For Heybridge, this was a missed opportunity to inject life into their own battle against the drop.
Without several key saves from keeper Tommy Dixon-Hodge, Swifts might have left Suffolk with a morale-damaging defeat.
