■ RUGBY’S woes continued as Rushden’s play- off ambitions were boosted by a comfortable victory.
Diamonds’ skipper Joel Nketia flicked in Bruno Andrade’s free-kick for the opener against the run of play, with Town keeper Charlie Woods then pulling off decent saves to Aidan Webster’s header and an effort from Ollie Evans.
Tyler Winters did make it two after 37 minutes though with a neat strike on the turn, and he netted again shortly after the restart with another low finish after Nathan Kabey...
