GOALS either side of half-time gave Vauxhall Motors a deserved win over Bury.
Ben Holmes and Kevin Ellison were on the scoresheet for the Ellesmere Port side, who closed the gap on the teams above them.
Arriving as the division’s top scorers, the Motormen started brightly. Josh Solomon-Davies saw a shot deflected just wide, while Ellison had the ball in the net only to see the effort ruled out for offside.
