HASTINGS United claimed all three points at Eden Park Avenue to almost certainly confirm their safety and push their hosts ever closer to the trapdoor.
Striker Lucas Franzen-Jones starred with two goals, and the East Sussex outfit would have left with an even greater margin of victory had it not been for some profligate finishing.
Franzen-Jones gave the U’s the lead after 15 minutes after Becks keeper Carter Sullivan parried a long range shot straight to him, and then doubled the lead after 24 minutes.
