■ HENDON made it back-to-back wins and dealt a severe blow to Hayes & Yeading’s promotion playoff hopes in the process.
The Greens opened the scoring inside 20 seconds, a low cross from Sam Shaban being turned in by Florian Ada.
Two minutes into the second half, a harsh handball in the box gave Hayes a penalty, but Josh Strizovic saved from Kaylen Hinds.
Hinds had another great scoring chance moments later, but Strizovic palmed his shot against a post.
In the 53rd minute, Shaban, looking suspiciously offside, ran onto a header...
