LANCASTER CITY recovered from going down to ten men to salvage a superb victory.
It keeps them within two points off the play-offs, while Whitby are now five points outside the division’s drop zone.
The visitors dominated the first half with Jim Craig slicing wide after ten minutes. After Lewis Hawkins and Matty Tymon threatened at the other end, Bobby Bjork fired across goal with Shane Bland saving well.
