Cards failed Moors fans – and must pay

I WRITE on behalf of the supporters of Solihull Moors FC regarding our frustration over the late postponement of the fixture at Woking FC on Wednesday February 25.
While we fully understand the effect the British weather can have on sporting occasions, we do feel that the management of the process of postponing this game was inadequate and without consideration of the travelling fans.
The game was subject to a late call to postpone, and a local referee was not called in to inspect the pitch early, hence the game being called off after our fans had arrived in Woking.
