Noah’s arc is on the rise after debut goal

SUBSTITUTE Noah Stewart made a dream start to his Welling United career after coming on to score a debut winner against ten-man Whitehawk.
In just the second minute, Taufee Skandari’s foul on John Ufuah earned the Hawks defender a yellow card. He was punished further when Lewis Gard picked out Lekan Majoyegbe with the free-kick and the centre-back headed home the opener.
Then, midway through the first period, another poor Skandari foul on Ufuah meant a second yellow card and an early bath for the visitors’ full-back.
