CRAY Wanderers kept their play-off hopes alive after a narrow but merited victory against Potters Bar Town at Flamingo Park saw the Wands move up to seventh.
Potters Bar threatened early on and Joe Re saw a shot blocked and Nana Kyei cut inside down the right to fire in a shot held by Harry Seaden.
Cray came close when Jordy Mongoy’s curling shot was pushed out by Josh Shattell and Alex Hernandez saw a close-range effort deflected behind. From the corner, Tom Bonner headed over.
