REDDITCH had to stage a second-half fightback to secure a big home win against fellow play-off contenders Needham Market.
Myles Cowling had put the Marketmen in front four minutes before the break but Reds boss Mike Fowler introduced new loan signing Jenson Sumnall at half-time and the debutant levelled before Aaron Bishop scored a 71st-minute winner.
Redditch had seen more of goal in the first half but found themselves trailing after Cowling swept the ball home following good work from Joe Neal down the right.
