MANDEY AND REES DOWN THE LEADERS

COLESHILL Town boosted their play-off ambitions by toppling Northern Premier League Midlands leaders Carlton Town.
The Warwickshire side responded to boss Harry Harris asking for a quick start and led through Bas-sit Mandey’s strike inside the opening minute.
Town doubled their lead after 14 minutes through Mason Rees as the league leaders were on the ropes.
Carlton came fighting back and forced home goalkeeper Cameron Belford into several fine saves to deny deflected efforts.
