■THE points were shared between Ashington and Pontfract Collieries in a game which never reached any great heights.
The West Yorkshire outfit – who are in the play off places – had two opportunities inside the first 20 minutes but skipper Jack Greenhough and Alex Pavan were both denied by keeper Ben Metcalf who pulled off two brilliant saves.
