BROADBRIDGE Heath secured their first home win since November 22 as they beat Merstham at The Body-Mould Mattresses Stadium.
It was the hosts who started brightly and broke the deadlock after 15 minutes. Matt Hay was played in behind by Charlie Connell and he slotted his effort beyond Max Foulkes and into the net via the inside of the post.
And just before the break, the Bears doubled their lead. A corner was headed as far as Lewis Hyde, who whipped the ball in and it was flicked on to Hay at the far post who made no mistake...
