Charlie Barber’s 12th minute opener for the home side was cancelled out by a Ben Tofts equaliser just after half-time.
Seth O’Neill then put Soham ahead with 25 minutes left but Miguel Lopez and Owen Lane struck late goals to hand Mulbarton the points.
