HEALTH and Safety gets a bad (tabloid) press from things like over-zealous officials banning kids playing conkers.
In last weekend’s NLP, Tony Incenzo found a match in doubt with H&S concerns for no toilets being available. Clubs have a hard enough job ensuring games go ahead with limited and restricted budgets and I’m sure any free help from supporters/ friends is most welcome.
You wouldn’t though, I hope, get a volunteer to rewire the boardroom or fix the boiler for the player’s showers.
