ROMARIO Dunne and Kasper Williams were on target as Stocksbridge Park Steels won 2-0 against mid-table Ashton United in a welcome boost to their survival hopes.
The Steels started well and should have led early on, but for Jordan Eastham’s quick-fire saves.
He denied an Alex O’Connor effort from distance and tipped Luke Hogg’s follow-up over the crossbar. Stocksbridge later secured the breakthrough, pouncing after Ashton failed to clear and Dunne managed to hold off his defender, turn and fire into the bottom ...
