MAIDSTONE United completed a derby double over Dover to keep alive their hopes of a play-off finish.
Having edged to a 1-0 triumph on Boxing Day at the Gallagher Stadium, a first-half own goal put the Stones in charge before Jephte Tanga added a stoppage-time second.
The hosts created the first opportunity when Ruben Soares-Junior rose highest to meet Luke Baptiste’s corner, only for his header to cannon against the bar.
Three minutes later, the Stones scpred in extremely fortunate fashion.
